Optimising the return on investment of media expenses
A Euro car brand, launched in the already saturated U.S market, was trying to optimise the return on investment of its media expenses. By centralising the information coming from the dealers, the Internet and the different agencies, Creative Advertising set up a system to measure its media performance, the results of which have since been reported on a weekly basis. Moreover, every quarter, Creative recommends an optimisation of the communication plan depending on what has been learnt.

Customer knowledge at the heart of its marketing strategy
A sports equipment distribution leader decided to place customer knowledge at the heart of its marketing strategy, by improving the processing of its loyalty card members database. Creative advertising supported the company in implementing the chosen data mining solution by helping to set up the technical team in charge of organising platforms and tools, as well as training and enhancing the skills of users.

Creative Advertising helped a government agency in charge of providing social benefits to improve the control of its activity’s efficiency. CA set up a statistics-based system analysing all available data and the behaviour of recipients, while identifying files with atypical characteristics. Building and implementing an efficient communications programme
The Challenge – A state ministry in the Caribbean with repsonsibility for youth and culture wanted to align its organizational structure and processes to adapt to the rapid technological changes taking place within its sector, while ensuring visionary leadership, effective governance and consistent open communication to the citizens within its reach.
The Process – The project involved developing the governance structure, communication plan and resource allocation amongst various departments of the client ministry.
The Solution – We identified the transformation vision and change champions, generated stakeholder buy-in, redesigned the organization structure from a functional one to a matrix and helped the client establish a communications management office to drive the transformation and address prospective changes going forward.

Re-branding, building and implementing
The Challenge – A pro-life organization needed to effectively recreate its image, build its organizational structure and processes an implement a new structure of two-way communication to its clients.
The Process – The project involved developing a communication plan and communication materials, while training its field officers to implement the plan.
The Solution – We designed a corporate identity to capture both the organization and its cause, created the transformation vision and incorporated key spokespersons, redesigned the organization structure, while step-by-step use our own processes to train volunteers in communications and marketing strategy, advertising, media and public relations, and the solutions to evaluate such.
